Terms and Conditions 1. Premier Holiday Camps delivered by Premier Sport, Premier Arts and/or Premier Wellbeing: Up to 6 hours depending on the specific criteria of individual courses. 2. This offer is strictly subject to availability. 3. The booking customers must be aged 18 or over. 4. The coaching sessions are only available to children aged between 4* and 12 years unless otherwise stated. 5. All Premier Education Group PLC promotional codes must be used and activities completed between 31st December 2017. It is the Customer’s responsibility to allow enough time to book their session in order to meet this deadline. 6. The offer is valid for Premier Education Group PLC venues and coaching sessions which must be booked in advance – the promotion code XXX may only be used on this specified course (s) as advertised in the course description and must be quoted when booking. 7. If a booking is cancelled it cannot be re-scheduled (subject to Premier Education Group PLC discretion). 8. Premier Education Group PLC’s standard conditions apply to participation in coaching sessions and Customers must check www.premier-education.com for a full list of venues, information and further terms and conditions applying to booking for and participating in coaching sessions. 9. Premier Holiday Camp promotional codes may not be used in conjunction with any other Premier Education Group PLC discounts.

*4 year olds only able to attend if the venue is Ofsted registered.

Definition

Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Event or Activity organised and operated through any member of the Premier Education Group PLC i.e. Premier Sport, Premier Arts and Premier Wellbeing.

Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.

Bookings

Terms and Conditions for booking a place for your child on any Premier Sport, Premier Arts or Premier Wellbeing activity

Premier offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by Premier you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions which are explained below.

Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on a Premier activity.

For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY activity to those who book in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.

Before booking please ensure your child can attend the activity and meets the conditions for such activity as listed on our website.

All bookings and flexi-bookings are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us) within seven (7) calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Outside of this seven (7) day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable unless you have paid for flexi-bookings with us at the time of booking which allows you to change or cancel a booking via e-mail.

Promotions

Premier Education Group PLC from time to time offers promotions, if you have been issued with a promotional code, this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with both the terms and conditions of that promotion and these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions of the relevant promotional code are obtainable from the description of the course you are booking onto.  Any code not advertised in the announcement section of the course event will be deemed invalid.

Please note any mis-use of codes will result in your booking been made void.

Payment

Premier Education Group PLC accepts credit/debit card as methods of payment but all credit/debit card payments are subject to a 49p processing charge which will be added to your booking.

Telephone and paper bookings, including booking forms, are subject to a £5.00 offline charge which we will add to the price at the time of booking and advise you of.

For any child who is below the age of 16 written consent is required from a parent or legal guardian to be provided to Premier  in advance of the commencement of the activity. This will be prompted on all Premier  literature and via tick box online.

Discounts

You may only take advantage of one type of discount on an activity, these cannot be used in combination with other discounts. Pro rata bookings will not be eligible to any discounts as these are only valid if booking prior to the start date of the event.

Sibling Discount

15% Sibling Discount – a 15% sibling discount is applied automatically to bookings by Family members when booking more than one child with the same surname online for any activity. Both children must be booked at the same time and on the same form for the discount to apply. The discount is applied to the sibling (s) not the first child. This discount comes into force once the Early Bird Discount has expired.

Early Bird Discount

15% Early Bird Discount – a 15% discount is applied automatically to holiday bookings by Family members when booking a child on an activity at least 14 days prior to the start date of the event. The event start date refers to the first day the course is being held, this may differ from the start date of your booking.

Child Protection

All Premier Activity Professionals hold current Child Protection and DBS check certification. If a child makes an abuse related disclosure, or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse, we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request.

Film/Photography

Premier Education Group PLC may from time to time take photographs/film of any Premier  activity. The use of these   is solely for promoting and publicising Premier  activities through relevant literature, website, press and TV.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Premier Education Group PLC aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts (where possible Premier Education Group PLC will inform parents/guardians at the start of an activity when filming is planned).

Premier Education Group PLC will hold all personal data in accordance with its Data Protection Policy.

Personal Property

Premier Education Group PLC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Premier  activity.  Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.  No electronic  tablets, mobile phones or recording devices are permitted to be used during attendance of the event.  Please ask your child to pass any such items to a member of staff for safe keeping.

Health & Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Premier  Activity Professionals hold a current Emergency Aid Certificate issued by an appropriate body.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are providing consent for Premier  Activity Professionals to administer all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a Premier  activity which involves football, hockey or other contact sport.  Premier Education Group PLC reserves the right to refuse permission for any child not wearing shin protection to participate.

Any participant wearing earrings will need to have these removed prior to attendance or for newly pierced ears they must be covered with appropriate tape or be fitted with a plastic retainer from a reputable jeweller.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity being undertaken and weather conditions.

Medical information

Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed

(1) at the time of booking in writing to Premier Education Group PLC

 (2) to the lead coach on the activity or at the venue.

Liability

Premier Education Group PLC has Public Liability insurance with cover provided by ?

Other than in relation to death, personal injury, or property damage, where Premier Education Group PLC or its Activity Professionals is proven to be negligent, Premier Education Group PLC liability to you is limited to the booking fee paid by you.

Programme Changes

In the event that Premier Education Group PLC has to cancel an activity for any reason, a credit note for the full value of the booking fee paid will be issued to the person who booked or alternative provisions to stage the activity at another time will be arranged and confirmed to all. If you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time and confirm this to Premier Education Group PLC prior to the date the rearranged activity is to be staged, Premier  will issue a credit note to the full value of the booking fee paid.

In the event of inclement weather, all Premier  activities have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of Premier  Activity Professionals.

Leaving an Activity

Any child that is to be collected must be collected by a parent or guardian and such parent or guardian must sign the child out of the activity with a member of Premier Education Group PLC. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any activity will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the activity.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the senior coach at the activity. He/she will deal with the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.

If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our customer services team at (* email change) info@premier-education.com within 7 days of child’s attendance on the activity.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if Premier Education Group PLC is proven to be in breach of its Terms & Conditions.

Premier Camp Shop

For participants on courses, Premier  offers a variety of products to be purchased during Premier Camps  at lunch and break time.  Items include fresh fruit, non-fizzy drinks, crisps and confectionary.

Premier’s ’ healthy eating policy is reinforced throughout any activity and in our literature. Activity Professionals Staff will encourage children to eat their packed lunches before buying from the camp shop.

The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and Premier Education Group PLC.

By booking an activity with Premier Education Group you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.

If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
